    Eddie Murphy è presente anche come cantante nella sequenza in cui, con Arsenio Hall, si reca in discoteca in cerca di una ragazza adatta a lui. Il brano è I got it. (minuto 32:53)

    Il jingle dell'attivatore per capelli "Soul Glo" è cantato da Christopher Max mentre la musica è scritta da Nile Rodgers. I due attori protagonisti del finto spot pubblicitario (girato da David Sheffield e Barry Blaustein) sono Clyde R. Jones e Paulette Banoza.
